Dry-in
$100/sffootprint measured with you×$100/sf
Structure on the plan footprint, roof, wall skin, weather-tight close-in, openings framed. You take the inside on your own clock.
Everything on one level — drawn around aging in place and a deep garage bay.
Main-floor living · sub-floor below · size on call
This one was drawn for a family who wanted to stay in the house for good. Master suite, kitchen, dining and living all land on the main floor. The bathroom is keyed for a roll-in shower, the corridors are wide, and the walls are blocked for grab bars that may never go in. The garage bay is drawn deep enough for a 15-passenger van pulling a trailer, and there is a hatch and stair down to a sub-floor shelter.

living sf once finish level is set×$250/sf
Dry-in plus the living space finished to a written level. This sheet does not publish its square footage, so we measure it with you instead of guessing.
Planning band — not a bid. Travel, eave height, door count, foundation path, site work and finish level all move the number. A custom print set of your own is a separate design deposit.
The decisions already made on the sheet — the rest gets drawn around your site.
This one ships as a keyed layout sheet rather than a full set — tap the drawing above to read the notes, then call and we’ll draw the rest around your site.
2 drawn sheets, plus the two scope sheets that ride on every Oakmont quote. If it isn’t on the In list, it isn’t in the number.
Two sheets, plain language, same on every quote we hand out. This is what keeps a planning band from turning into a surprise.
Same two anchors on every one. Swap a footprint in or out and we redraw from whichever set lands closest to what you are picturing.
