What to expect, start to finish.
Consult & Site Visit
We start with a real conversation about what you need, your site, your timeline, and your budget. If it makes sense, we'll walk the property together.
Design & Blueprints
Once you're ready to move forward, we draft blueprints and finalize your layout — garage doors, window placement, room layout, finishes, all of it.
Contract & Scheduling
We put the scope, price, and honest timeline in writing. Typical barndominium builds run 4–6 months from signed contract; pole barns are often just a few weeks.
Permitting & Site Prep
We handle permitting, site prep, and coordination with subcontractors so you don't have to chase paperwork.
Foundation & Frame
Engineered post-frame construction begins — foundation, framing, and structural work sized for snow load and wind from day one.
Roof & Dry-In
Roof system, exterior metal, doors, and windows go on. At this point your building is weather-tight.
Finish-Out (Optional)
For barndominiums, we can finish the interior fully, or hand off a dry-in shell for you to finish yourself or with your own subs.
Final Walkthrough
We walk the finished building with you, answer every question, and make sure you know your structure inside and out.
